Mentorship Program

Who is this for?

This program is geared towards individuals who would like to improve their horsemanship and receive long-term feedback and accountability on their horsemanship progress. Since this program requires frequent travel to and from the Enck’s Training facility, it is also geared towards folks who reside around 100 miles from Carthage, South Dakota. Individuals joining this program should also have their own horse or access to a horse they can work with on a regular basis.

What should I expect?

This program is available in 3-month segments. You get to decide how long you would like to participate in the program as you go. For one day a month, you will work a full 8-hour day with Enck’s Training at their facility. Enck’s Training will coach you in the Foundation Horsemanship Program using your horse and other horses at the facility. About halfway through the next month, before your next in-person session, you will send a video of you and your horse working on what you learned during the first session. Enck’s Training will provide feedback on your video and will be available for personalized horsemanship advice and questions throughout the month.

Where will this take place?

In-person mentoring will take place at the Enck’s Training facility in Carthage, South Dakota, one day per month.

How much will it cost?

A payment of $450 is required at the beginning of each 3 months of your program. We accept Paypal, major credit/debit cards, checks, and cash.  

Cancellation Policy

You may end your Mentorship Program at the end of your 3-month segment. There will be no refunds for cancelling your program mid-segment.
